We are a UK distributor for Mediak, a US based company that is committed to
producing high-quality personalised childrens' products. We have purchased
the Computerized Children's Music CD Delivery System software that enables
us to burn CDs on demand, incorporating your chosen pre-recorded name into
the song tracks.
Once I have placed an order, how long will delivery take?
Your order will be dispatched by first class post within 5 working days of
receiving your order.
If my order is urgent, is there any way I can receive it quicker?
Yes, call our Freephone order line on 08000 751 651 and give us the details.

How do I find out if you have the child's name I require?
Search our comprehensive database of names. We currently
have over 1400 names listed.
What if I can see the name I require, but it has a different spelling?
That is no problem, just make sure you spell the name correctly on the order
form, and this will be printed as per your requested spelling on to the CD
label.
What if I cannot find the name I am looking for?
Our list is updated frequently to add new names and nicknames. Please email us
the name you are looking for if you cannot find it and it will be put forward
for consideration for new names. We will then notify you if this name becomes
available.
Can I make the CD even more personal?
Absolutely. Not only can you give a CD with personalised lyrics, but you can
personalise the label as well!! We will print your child's name on the CD
label, together with a three line message of your choosing. So, you can create
a special birthday message, a Christmas message or something as simple as “All
our love Mummy and Daddy x” on your child’s CD label. Our Personalised
Music CDs are not just limited to being given to a child by their parents,
anyone can do it!! They are great gift ideas for grandchildren, nieces, nephews
and your friends’ children.
How can I be sure of the quality of the music/songs?
The CDs are composed by professional musicians, and sung by professional vocalists
and professionally produced. Many of the songs that you will hear were written
especially for this series of CDs by Emmy and Grammy award winning songwriters
such as Christopher Davis, who has an Addy Award. One of the other songwriters,
Matthew Huesman, has written and produced over 20 Number One songs on the
Christian Charts and been nominated for a Dove Award.
How can I pay?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron card payments
online or via our Freephone order line 08000 751 651.
How much will postage and packaging cost?
If your delivery destination is within the UK £1.95 is added to the cost
of your order to cover the cost of posting and packaging. £3.50 is added
to the cost of your order for worldwide deliveries.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of our personalised products, we are unable to accept returns.
In the unlikely event that your CD is faulty, damaged, incorrect name spelling
or the incorrect name is used within the music. In these instances we are
happy to provide a replacement CD. Please return the CD, all original packaging
and your proof of purchase to us and a replacement CD will be dispatched
to you immediately. Important - please ensure you check all CD label spelling
on your order form prior to ordering as your typing errors cannot be rectified
without the production of new CD at full cost.
What discount can you offer if I am buying in bulk?
If you intend to buy 5 CDs or more, a considerable discount is available.
