Delivery
Postage and packing is £1.95 for all mainland UK deliveries and £3.50
for world wide deliveries. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of payment
for delivery.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our personalised products, we are unable to
accept returns. In the unlikely event that your CD is faulty, damaged, incorrect
name spelling or the incorrect name is used within the music. In these instances
we are happy to provide a replacement CD. Please return the CD, all original
packaging and your proof of purchase to us and a replacement CD will be dispatched
to you immediately. Important - please ensure you check all CD label spelling
on your order form prior to ordering as your typing errors cannot be rectified
without the production of a new CD at full cost.
Your Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order upto the point of CD production. After this
point no refunds can be made. If you do cancel your order before your CD is
produced we will fully refund your payment within 28 days.
If you cancel your order after the CD is produced a £2.00
administration fee will be charged per CD.
If you have not received your CDs 5 days after ordering please contact
us on our Customer Helpline - 08000 751 651 and we will arrange for them to
be sent again.

Safety and Security
All of our transactions are processed using PROTEX. We do not hold any credit
card information on our systems. To recognise when your data is secure you
will see a small padlock appear at the bottom of your browser window.
In accordance with the Data Protection Acts of 1984 we follow strict security
procedures in how we store and disclose information.
Payment Information
We accept online payments in a secure environment by credit card. We currently
accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro and
JCB.
We also accept cheques made payable to: ‘Music For Your Child’.
Please write your name and address clearly on the back of your cheque.
All transactions are in £ pounds sterling.
